Who knows, I might not have been as open-minded to taijiquan’s esoteric martial approach if it wasn’t for a book I read a long time ago: Aikido and the Dynamic Sphere by Adele Westbrook and Oscar Ratti. If you’ve never seen this book, check out this here Google excerpt:
I ought to get myself a copy of this book one of these days and if I use Amazon.com, I hope I’ll remember to take 3 extra seconds to help support a fellow MA fan and hard-working blogger: http://formosaneijia.com/2008/11/20/please-use-my-amazon-links-2/
Aikido and the Dynamic Sphere is available right now for less than five dollars U.S.!

Thanks for the link. It’s a good book and one i look at for inspiration. i confess that sometimes I can’t quite follow the flow of the pictures on some moves. But it’s still a must have.

It’s a classic. One of my favorite aikido books, even if it is a bit dated.
